Excitement as we've dipped our tires in the Pacific Ocean, starting our journey East. Most of the day was spent riding alongside the Skagit River which has a beautiful green color. Many waterfalls along the way, tree-lined road and no bike lanes. Not much traffic so made for peaceful ride. Stayed at a county park at Rockport, WA. Met Don & Ginny Grind from FL. This is their first tour, ever. Ready for bed @ 8:15.
